Refund policy

Customers wishing to return a mail order purchase due to a change of mind have a period of 14 days to do so.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused  and in its original packaging.

In the case of a change of mind the customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning the purchase. When we receive the item back it will be checked and a refund processed back on to the original payment method. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and In the event of a faulty or damaged Item, or if the item received does not correspond to your order, customers are requested to utilise the following link to arrange the return:

This service facilitates the creation of a return label and includes full tracking with 48-hour delivery to our warehouse.

Once we have received your return it will be processed and we will contact you.

Please ensure a covering note is included, providing an explanation of the issue and your contact details to enable prompt rectification.
